A lady has accused Migos frontman Takeoff of rape in a civil lawsuit filed yesterday. In an announcement, the rapper has denied the allegations of sexual assault and introduced he’s taking authorized motion.
Per Rolling Stone, the lawsuit alleges that the rapper, actual title Kirshnik Khari Ball, sexually assaulted the lady at a home celebration in Los Angeles on June 22. The alleged sufferer — known as Jane Doe — claims she went to the celebration to satisfy Migos’ DJ Durel, actual title Daryl McPherson, who invited her.
On the home celebration, the swimsuit claims Ball made repeated advances towards the lady that made her “uncomfortable.” She informed McPherson that she had “no need to have interaction in any type of intimate relationship with Defendant Takeoff.” McPherson then allegedly “provided to take [the] Plaintiff upstairs to [his] room.”
The plaintiff went into the bed room with Durel and laid on the mattress. Shortly after, it’s alleged that Takeoff entered the room and commenced touching her. “Plaintiff clearly and unequivocally refused Defendant Takeoff’s advances and said to Defendant Takeoff that she didn’t wish to have intercourse with him,” the lawsuit claims. Regardless of her protests, in accordance with the court docket papers, he eliminated her garments and raped her.
Following the incident, the plaintiff went to a hospital the place it’s claimed that medical workers noticed “bodily proof of forceful rape” and alerted the Los Angeles Police Division.
