As we quickly approach the close of the 2022 calendar year, there couldn’t be a better way to wrap up the esteemed L.A. Leakers Freestyle series than with an appearance from New York’s own Mickey Factz.
Pulling up for his fourth touchdown with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk, the Bronx native took on two hip-hop classics with Jay-Z’s “Encore” and Jadakiss’ “We Gonna Make It.” Flexing elevated, top-tier wordplay and punch lines, Factz did not let up for the nearly six-minute bout spitting, “Numbers high grade, with no math test / Spiral staircase with glass steps / My last ex, throat longer than a giraffe’s neck / She called me a cheater peakin’ over my class desk!”
